Cancellation and Refund Policy

1) In event of any modification or cancellation of any tour or package, charges will apply.
2) The charges depend on many factors such as the number of components booked in the package and the time at which the tour is cancelled before the actual date of the tour besides other factors.
3) We will notify you the exact amount of charges payable by you.
4) Cancellation Policy Approximate Charges (Can change depending on the situation).

5) We will refund the amount within 1 week modification/cancellation has been done from your side.
6) All disputes in this matter will be settled amicably between the respective party and Trip Trails.
