  • Customers should refrain from reusing the logo, design, visuals and photos of the website in their own website or any other source without Namaste City Tour’s permission.
  • If you have any problem or complaint during your tour. then you can immediately get in touch with us on the above email or numbers. We will try our level best to sort it out as soon as possible.
  • It is your responsibility to see that all the documents are in proper order during your travel. Such documents include passport, visas, itinerary, travel insurance and cash. Namaste City Tour will not be responsible for any loss of documents due to negligence of the guests.
  • To make reservation and also for our file records our travel consultant retains the right to ask you for providing him/her with the copy of passport, personal details such as name, date of birth, gender, address, phone no., email etc., the customer is kindly requested to provide the same if and when asked.
